We all know that Tanzanian education sector is financed by well-wishers and donors. Tanzania has no muscles to finance her own education requirements. There's no day utaskia Kenya imepata msaada wa pesa kwa ajili ya elimu.

Sasa ukisha nunua ndege na budget ya elimu watoto wakae nyumbani sio ndio akili yako inavyokutuma hivyo? Going by your comment I'm pretty sure you don't know the different effects between internal and external debts. Kenya is more comfortable in borrowing internally cause

1. During debt payment, the money paid will remain in the country hence more money circulation in the country.

2. Two, in case the government can't pay the money, something that was used as a collateral will be taken and controlled by Kenyans, and not by foreigners like in the case of external debts. Do you get it now?

Hata bajeti yetu ya elimu inaweza kununua ndege mpya kila mwaka bila kupumzika, na tunaweza pia bila kutumia hiyo pesa ya bajeti ya elimu kununua ndege 16 ndani ya miaka 5 kama tulivyofanya, kuanzia 2017 mpaka leo tumeshanunua ndege 16 brand new, 11 zimeshatua, that means sisi tupo vizur, kwanini usikubaliane na ukweli.. heb niulize ni taifa gani hapa EA inaweza shindana na sisi.? With in just 5 years, tumenunua ndege 16 cash, na hakuna sector yoyote inayumba na tuna miradi mikubwa kibao tunaendesha ndani ya mda huo huo, kweli sisi sio EA superpower.?

I always wonder what's wrong with these people, why buy planes when you can't built classrooms in your secondary schools? Why buy planes when only 37% of households are connected to electricity? Why buy planes when you still only have 9,000km of paved roads? Finally to make things very funny, they are busy buying planes yet their citizens has no capability to use those planes. They depend on foreigners to use the planes as they remain behind to cheer.
