Uganda is an insignificant country that cannot and will never influence political formations/outcomes in Kenya. Raila, Kalonzo and many other Kenyan leaders have met Museveni privately before. Why didn't you read politics out of those meetings?

That's real estate 'value', not general wealth bongolala. Get the difference.

Na hata hiyo repoti ya WB inasema real estate in Nairobi offers better return on investment (ROI) compared to Dar's. Pia, ni vigumu hata kwa wawekezaji kuuza spaces in Dar compared to Nairobi. As if that's not enough, the same report inasema rents are falling in Dar even as it shows an upward trend in Nairobi. Nairobi also has the highest replacement value for its built-up area, the reports adds. Ndio mama kila siku tunawaambia Dar Ni ushuzi tu. Hakuna anywhere Dar imetajwa on a positive note in the entire article. Ni vizuri msomange links mnaletanga hapa kujifariji msije mkaumbuka.
