Unaongea vitu vya kijinga sana ,kua na high unemployment rate hakukufanyi uonekane bora hata kwa 1%....Nchi zilizoendelea wanasifa ya kua na low unemployment rate...Wacha kujiaibisha I think hujui how this works. South africa si iko developed but iko na a very high unemployment rate of 29% kenya we at 17% but does that mean kenya is better than SA???? No. this how it works ... kwanza as a country mkiwa a third class wananchi Huwa any job goes, wanaeza fanya kazi yoyote so wengi wanafanya hata kama ni jua kali so kunakuwa na low unemployment watu wengi wana kazi(mahali tanzania na Uganda wako sasa). then as a country sababu ya watu wengi kufanya kazi you strive to middle class economy. Mkiwa middle class unapata youths wengi wanasoma demand for good and better job rises watu wanaanza kubagua kazi hawataki jua kali jobs wanataka white collar jobs so people become highly unemployed sababu watu wengi wanabagua kazi(mahali kenya, south africa na Nigeria ziko sasa) The moment kumekua na that demand and you solve it by creating many high end jobs sasa you comfortably start achieving first class economy status(mahali Europe na japan ziko sasa) hope that helps you understand
FYI south Africa despite of being upper middle income it's among the country that performs poorly in that agenda, saying so it's not termed as a developed nation untill they change and close the gap between poor and rich !!
Kenya is a failed state, low middle income as Tanzania, the difference is that Kenya is a capitalist while Tz is not,in a Country like Tz everyone has a free access to job opportunity ...Tunajua kenya mko kikabila zaidi ukiwa kabila fulani hata uwe na vyeti kutoka ni kazi ..
