Let me try to address the kind of stupid mentality that exists in your head. Nairobi and Dar Es salaam are vastly different. Not just in geographical sense but in administration too. Just because your city government approves skyscrapers more often than ours, it doesn’t mean that we are any less than you. Remember, Dar’s real estate value is ahead of Nairobi’s! Also, Skyscrapers aren’t a necessity. Some European cities could have thousands of skyscrapers yet they decided to go for a few because they want to preserve their typical building culture.
