Hahahaha, PPP is almost private investment, the road toll will be high such that only few people will be able to use the road, this is the continuation of Kenyan economy to sideline majority. Kenyan economy is for the few

Whenever you increase taxes, the poor are the one who suffer. Let me ask you, if DMU which is government property charges 500bob per trip to CBD, what would be a charge if it was PPP?. Those who were complaining about 500 shillings are the majority of Kenyans.

Which majority are you talking about? Why are DMU's always full in every trip? Nilikuambia Kenya is not for the poor especially Nairobi. If you want cheap things go to Uganda or Burundi

It depends how you define poor people, in Tanzania if people can,t feed themselves and there many people who live in slums, we call them poor.
