Ndugu, it's good to do some research on something before commenting on the same. The picture above ni ya JKIA -James Gichuru road elevated expressway which is being built by China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), a Chinese company. The project starts in Mlolongo in Machakos County and ends at the junction of James Gichuru road in Westlands.

The other project is called Nairobi-Mombasa expressway (not JKIA-James Gichuru elevated expressway). This project has since been put on hold and and no one knows if it'll ever be built. The contractor was supposed to be Betchel, an American company. These are two different projects with two different contractors, one running from Nairobi to Mombasa and the other (pictured above) just within Nairobi. Get the difference
