1. Master Plan of the city - Dar is the third most beautiful well built city in Africa, Nairobi is below 10 and very dirty and disorganised too many slams in the city.

2. Current View of the city - Dar has most beautiful beaches in Africa.

3. Ongoing Projects - Dar has smart and clean roads and building longest bridge on the sea and on high way, it has hanging roads.

4. Future Projects proposed - Dar is building most beautiful social centre along the koko beach.

5. Culture and Life style - Dar has more famous singers in Africa than Nairobi, it has more top international night clubs, Nairobi has horrible clubs looking very local.

6. Food availability - you can buy food in Dar 24/7, it has nicest chips kabab all over the city any time a day. Nairobi has tasteless horrible food.

7. Entertainment and Funny Places - Dar leads music entertainment in east Africa, best artists, have a lot of beaches for fun, we don't have funny places to laugh at.

8. Places to visit - Dar has beaches Nairobi has a little view of our mount Kilimanjaro lol

9. Transport system (Private and Public) - Dar has mwendo kasi and better roads.

10. Markets and Shopping malls - Dar has modern shopping malls Nairobi is too old

11. Hotels - Dar has best hotels in east Africa and a lot more than Nairobi which looks grey and ugly.
