From the pictures, this is one of them “gated communities” sasa did you build that house/ are you paying a mortgage? Halafu btw your houses are ugly af. What’s with the colours? Is that a children’s day care center or something?

Look who is talking! Gated communities are a norm in Nairobi. They are virtually everywhere and most of them if not all, are developed for prospective home buyers, not renters. Though I don't consider this as a gated community coz there are only four units here each with its own compound. So usishangae kijana. Yes, I bought the house, I did not develop it from scratch though I have customised it a lot, especially the interior part.
