Mkuu Hazole, nami huwa na tatizo sugu kama lako, yani nina allergy karibu ya kila kitu lakin toka nimeanza kutumia juice ya ubuyu na wakat mwingine limao naona nina nafuu sana. Ubuyu na limao zina vitamin c kwa wingi sana na imeniepusha kutumia dawa mara kwa mara.
