in sports, players huwa wanakuwa na two personalities, i mean as a person (1) and as a player (2)

a fan can hate a player as a person but can like him as a player, mfano Suarez is known to many for being a racist (Evra incident), majorty of football world hates him as a person but likes him very much as a player, and kuna players ambao majorty of football world wanawapenda in both ways (player and person) mfano Aguero, Firmino, Busquets, Modric, Son, Mata, Kante, Robertson, Aubameyang, Reus, Griezmann etc

Henderson, is hated by many as a player and not as a person, matter of fact he's a very good person out of football and very very humble person, but he's not good enough as a player and as a captain of LFC, as bad as Lovren is, Majority of LFC fans dont hate him as a person, the whole fanbase ilikuwa nae bega-bega when his wife cheated on him, or when he received death threats kwenye social medias, kama wangekuwa wanamchukia as a person hakuna mtu angejishughulisha nae kipindi kile wakati ana matatizo ya kifamilia, people dont just like him as a PLAYER.

huwezi kuyashinda maisha kama utakuwa una-settle for sympathies and sentiments, unaweza ukaua your business kwasababu ya kushindwa kuondoa Employees unaowapenda ambao ndiyo wanaokupa hasara kila siku, you gotta differentiate between liking somebody as a person and liking somebody as an employee, or utakuwa una-fail kila siku in your life.

lastly, football/soccer, ni emotional-attached sport, its well known that you cant control someone's emotions, as reactions za kupokea habari au ku-perceive issues zinatofautiana kulingana na jinsi gani mtu alivyo emotional attached na hicho kitu.

we have 1 fit reliable CB, two stooges in the midfield (Hendo and Lallana). injury prone 2nd choice ST, and we dont have any quality cover in LW position

players like VVD, Robertson, Gini, Salah, Firmino, Mane wamekuwa over-worked this season, madhara yake tunaanza kuyaona kwa Mane ambaye amekuwa chini ya Kiwango lately kwasababu ya Fatigue, if VVD/Robertson gets injured what will the point? Fabinho/Keita/Shaqiri needs to stay fit now mpaka May..

kushiriki katika 3-different competitions. it means kwenye later-stages Klopp will be forced to rotate his players, and kuna players wanaweza wakapata injuries during that period, na tukabaki na Kina Henderson/Lovren/Lallana etc
