Eden Hazard has warned Liverpool FC that Paris Saint-Germain can “beat anybody” on their day.

The Reds are preparing to take on the French side at Parc des Princes on Wednesday night as they look for a win to take a step closer towards the knockout stage of the Champions League.

Liverpool FC warmed up for their trip to the French capital with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League.

The Merseyside outfit are currently second in their Champions League group and level on points with leaders Napoli, while PSG are a point behind the Reds to leave Group C finely poised ahead of Matchday Five.

Chelsea FC playmaker Hazard feels that PSG have it easy in Ligue 1 and that the Champions League presents a different type of challenge.

However, the 27-year-old also admits that the Ligue 1 champions can beat any opponents when they are on form.

Speaking to Canal+, as quoted by Metro, Hazard said: “In terms of the level of Ligue 1, PSG walk it each weekend.

“When they play in the Champions League, they think maybe that it will be easy. But I think they struggle.

“I don’t like to judge Ligue 1 but it is true that, when I see PSG, yes it seems too easy.

“Liverpool are a great team, with three top attackers in [Mohamed] Salah, [Roberto] Firmino and [Sadio] Mane. But PSG can beat anyone.

“On a good day, PSG can beat everybody.”

Liverpool's Dominic Solanke has being "allowed to decide" whether he wants to switch his international allegiance to Nigeria.

Super Eagles boss Gernot Rohr has admitted that Solanke "is not convinced" about the prospect of switching to the African nation, but the German hasn't given up hope of securing him yet.

Liverpool haven’t given up hope of signing £160million rated Real Madrid superstar Marco Asensio, reports, OK Diario.

The Reds were linked with a vast bid for the Spain international during the summer, but nothing came of it in the end.

Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda reports: "This year, an offer of 180m euros [£160m] came to Real Madrid (from #LFC) for Asensio.

The club said no because Cristiano left, but Klopp is in love with the player and will go for the player next summer."
