Just because I never witnessed the success Liverpool had in years gone bye doesn't mean I don't realise what the club stands for and as the great man Bill Shankly once said, "you feel like your part of one big family". There is no football club like it and no stadium in sport as magical as Anfield on special occasions.
I can always say I grew up watching Steven Gerrard, the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be. I have never seen a more complete football player in all my life, a complete machine who had everything and carried a mediocre Liverpool team for over 15 years. Not one single weakness in his game, a very rare thing to find, almost impossible and there will never in a million years be another like him. I have never seen a player "obsessed" over by other fans as much as Gerrard. To me he will always be remembered for that inspirational night in Istanbul and it won't be long before a statue will be outside Anfield! Yes Mos def, but the worst thing ni kwamba his players didnt show him any respect on the pitch... the performance was awful... They didnt even try to win the game to glorify his farewell
 
Hizi tributes anazopewa SG na bigger players wenzake wa EPL, Serie A, LA LIGA, BundesLiga, League 1 etc, zinaonyesha ni jinsi gani player/proffesionals wenzake walivyokuwa/wanavyomchukulia SG na heshima zao kwake..

Love you Stevie, umeifanyia mengi sana LFC..sidhani kama atakuja kutokea SG mwingine.

Leo nipo na SG tu, hiyo part ya kupoteza dhidi ya CPC ntaanza kuMoan kesho, didn't even watch the game, just watched stevie's farewell on youtube..

But nadhan BR has lost the dressing room..players wants him gone. IMO..(WBA, Hull and Qpr ni mfano)
