Nimejaribu kufuatilia trend ya kupanda kwa dollar inshort inasikitisha na sijui tunaelekea wapi.... Wakubwa fedha zao nyingi zipo interms of dollars ko wanazidi kufurahia tu.

Na pale awamu mmoja ya uongozi inapoingia na nyingine kutoka kuna uchakachuaji mkubwa sana wa kupanda kwa dollar.

Katika list hii hapa chini angalia miaka yote ya fedha 4/5 Utagundua kitu fulani. Hali mbaya zaidi ilikuwa ni 2014/2015 dolar ilipanda kwa TZS 600 hatari sana.

Mi najiuliza kama Nchi ilichukuwa mkopo bank mfano WB kwa miaka 20 enzi hizo dollar let us say ilikuwa 1200 na sasa ni 2500. Je italipa kwa rate ya 1200 au 2500?. Nahisi hawa wazungu wanstupiga sana....

hapana boss..rate ilioko sokoni mda unarejesha mkopo ndio wanadeal nayo... ingekua hvo unavyosema basi mikopo ya nyuma tungelipa Kwa wepesi nyakati hzi.

Devaluation of local currency agnest the dollar is one of IMF structural adjustment program advised to the third world countries to attract more foreign investors and promote more exports and reduce imports.

This will bring favourable balance of trade and increase more foreign currency in LdCs to buy essential goods and pay their foreign debts agreed upon at the exchange rate of the time of execution.

Then if this is the case. We are in trouble. Because i can't see any reasonable initiatives which have been taken by our countries.
Instead we have been addictive to loans.

Its bcz of poor governance corruption and embezzlement of public funds that has made many African countries to fail to meet their international financial obligations.

The same policy was applied in Malaysia Indonesia Singapore and UAE and yielded results, here the one to be blamed is the Tanzanian them selves for failing to put their elected leaders to ba accountable for their actions not IMF or donnor country

Who is aware of this most local people are blinded and poor. The government officials are taking advantage of this...

That it is the reason we need more MAGUFULis in Tanzania for more than 100 years

You mean Tz has no elite class? All people are peasants poor and illeterate can't reflect what is taking place.........while are the same people who vote them to power, but can't vote them out that's ridiculous.
