Vitambi ni janga la kitaifa linalohitaji kutengewa nguvu za ziada kabisa kawaelemisha watu, maana wengine wanajua ndo afya mpaka wanalemaa migongo kwa kujibidua ili nao waonekane wana kitambi... Ila uzuri wa kitambi ni kuwa tai inapata pa kulalia :loco:..

yan buddy unajua jana ulinirudisha gym mwenzio, nilikuwa nimetoka zangu gym nimeshaoga, kuingia JF nikaona huu uzi wako, ***** yan nilivua nguo nikavaa traki again, nikaingia gym ya home nikaanza kimbia kwa treadmill again....as umeandika kwa hisia sana ujue eeh!

Umeongea point sana. Working out be it in a gym or outside takes resilience and sacrifice. Watu hawataki mazoezi kwa kuwa hawataki pain na kuacha machakula ya kijinga. Mimi I work out at least 5 times a week. I do cardio on the treadmill for at least 45min I then do weights.At 6'3", 92kgs blood pressure yangu as of last week ni 120/80 na sukari ni 5.6. Namshukuru Mungu. Ila mazoezi ni wito.
