Jogging 3 miles 3-4 times a week.
Weight lifting sessions 3 times a week.
Kitambi kimeisha sasa nachomekea shati bila aibu ya tumbo.
Beer nimeacha. No more chips/fries. wali mara 2 kwa mwezi. No sodas. No juices. No pizza. No sugar in my tea or coffee.
I feel pretty good about myself. Thank you Karucee for the wake up call!

Siku moja moja wekageni magari pembeni mtembee kidogo. Kwenye 6*6 pumzi hamna. Ule mwendo wa kujesemea mtoto wa kike wakati wa kujiswafi ' leo ***** zangu nimelabuliwa' hamna tena. Mukiwa juu mutatuuwa na mipumzi, sie tukiwa juu twaogopa kesi ' he died from a heart attack'. Tumechoookaaaaa.

Ingieni gym. Amkeni mapema rukeni kambaaaa. A fit man is very appealing. I can tell a good ---- from the way he walks. Wajameni jipendeniiiii. Mi bia wekeni pembeni.

Umesema kweli wangu! Mimi binafsi sifurahishwi na huu ubwanyenye-bwanyenye tunaojipa. Kazi sio sababu ya kutofanya mazoezi! Ratiba za wengi zimekuwa never-miss pub ama bar, unakuta mtu hana hata siku 1 ama 2 za mazoezi, sawa Gym huna muda, inakuwaje muda wa bar unapata? Imefikia wakati hata site mtu unaweka vibarua hata wa kubeba tofali 10 kutoka sehemu 1 kwenda sehemu nyingine! UVIVU! Kwa nini hata kazi ya kuchota maji tu, ndoo 3 ama 5 kwako ni shida? ndio elimu ama nyadhifa yako? Jembe angalau kulima kuzungushia miashok mtu hawezi, anaweka KIBARUA! Mwingine hata kushika mpira na kumwagilia kama ni matofali ama bustani hawezi! kisa - kasoma, na ana wadhifa!

Kimaumbile mimi ni mwembamba tangu utotoni lkn maisha ktk miaka ya mwanzo ya ndoa yakanifutua, nahisi mapochopocho ya mam-sap, yf akasema nimepunguza ufanisi kitandani kitu ambacho hata mimi nilikiona! Baadhi ya style zikaanza kunishinda, route zikapungua kutoka 4-5 mpaka 2-3 tu, yf akaniweka wazi kuwa mwili wangu hauna tena mvuto, ikanigusa! Nilimuelewa na nikaamua kuufanyia kazi mwili wangu, mazoezi meeengi, na pia kutembea kwa miguu pale ambapo hakuna haja ya kupanda gari, huku na yeye akipunguza chemistry yake ya mapishi!

Mimi bahati nilionayo ni kwamba sipigi kabisa mtungi na sijawai! Ule muda ambao wenzangu wapo bar ama pub, najichanganya na watoto wa kitaa kupiga mazoezi ya football! Kwangu ni jirani na uwanja wa mpira wa shule, inaniwia rahisi sana kukimbizana na watoto wa shule mazoezini mida ya jioni. Asubuhi napata dk 30 za kuzunguka uwanja na nguvu ya kunywa maji angalau glass 3.

Mwili umerudi ktk asili yake, sasa suruali navaa 32 badala ya 34, pumzi iko juu, route ndefu kama kawa kama dawa, sasa kimegeuka, yf ananisihi nipunguze mazoezi lkn anasema anafurahia muonekano wng wa sasa! Hata ofisini niliowapita umri na wana vitambi vyao vikubwa wananionea wivu!

Kweli wanaume wenzangu, Karucee amatukumbusha jambo muhimu sana, mazoezi ni afya1 mazoezi huchangamsha! mazoezi ni tiba! Mazoezi hudumisha heshima ya ndoa!

Nani kasema Mazoezi ni rahisi?
Mazoezi si kitu rahisi kama unavyofikiria hasa kama ni kwa lengo la kulipururua limwili na hasa kama mtu husika kakua akiwa hashiriki mazoezi ama michezo.
Ni Maumivu, na inahitaji kujitoa si kidogo kufikia lengo.
Mimi nafanya therefore, I am speaking from experience.
Hoja yako ya Kulapula/kulapuliwa, kulapu.. whatever It is,
Mbona wengine hayo ndio mazoezi yetu sometimes,
Kufika mwisho wa gemu inahitaji nawe uwe jike la shoka.
Sema huenda mnakuwaga na bahati mbaya mnatoka na watu Mdebwedo na mavitambi lebwalebwa.
Jihadhari kwa dhihaka hizo ipo siku utasahau kifuko 'chako cha utamu' aka PICHU kwa ku-m-miss jaji mtu kutokana na kitambi.
