Nataka kutathmini niwe upande gani kuhusu ununuzi wa mitambo... bila influence ya mitambo ni ya nani?
Naomba kuambiwa faida na hasara za kununua au kutonunua mitambo hiyo... ninachomba kwenye uchambuzi huo... muondoe issue ya umiliki wa mitambo.
Mkuu Kasheshe, nadhani unachotakiwa kufanya ni kuwa upande wa maslahi ya Taifa.
Kwa sasa kuna pande mbili. Moja ni wenye hoja ya kununua mitambo iliyofungwa na wengine kununua mipya. Kampuni inayotajwa si hoja kwakuwa hutaki kusikia majina ya wamiliki. Mimi kwa upande wangu nadhani hakuna haja ya kununua mitambo iliyofungwa (iliyotumika) kwa sababu zifuatazo;
1. Mitambo hiyo sio mipya
2. Mitambo hiyo ni ya bei ya juu kuliko mingine inayoweza kupatikana (hasa kama upya si hoja). Ipo ya hadi $20mil
3. Kauli ya Mhe. Waziri kuhusu running hours hairidhishi kulinganisha na iliyopo kwenye market (alizungumzia uwezekano wa ku-run kwa 10 years (approx 88,000 hours) kabla ya major maintenance, na baadae ku-run kwa 10 more years). Total 176,000 hours. Reference: Mahojiano na Mwanakijiji.
4. Mitambo inayozungumziwa haina uharaka wa kuinunua. Hivyo harakati za kupata mitambo mipya zinaweza kufanyika sasa.
5. Mitambo inayozungumziwa ilinunuliwa kwa third party (sio manufacturer) kwa hiyo haitakuwa na proper after sale support, best offer na guarantee ya maana
6. Mitambo inayozungumziwa ina migogoro mahakamani ambayo bado inaendelea.
7. Na mengine niliyoyasahau hapa
