To back pedal kidogo na kukumbuka world cup....lile bao la Lampard si lilivuka mstari wote na crossbar...lakini what
happened?...Jamaa alinyimwa bao la wazi despite numerous replays showing the dogone thing.

It makes sense kubadili hizi sheria to run with the current times. Kumbuka mpira ukigusa ile side chalkline
si unasemekana umetoka nje na ni throwball?..why should it be different for a goal line situation?
