One thing that I'm unable to understand is that what is so special about Willian that Barcelona are dying to have him (made 3 bids in summer and one again in winter) and Chelsea are dying to keep him. What is this mystery? Willian please tell us the secret?

There is mystery behind Willian, how comes he performed ugly most of times but in Brazil he is first xi and barca they demand him,don't we know how to get the best of him? Confusion upon confusion
