CHELSEA IN NUMBERS

Only Tottenham (10) have conceded fewer Premier League goals than Chelsea (11). We have the best goal difference (+21), two better than Arsenal and four more than Manchester City.

Chelsea are seeking nine consecutive Premier League wins for the first time since 2009 when we achieved our club record 11 league wins in a row between 25 April and 26 September.

Chelsea have come from behind to win our last two Premier League games – only four clubs have ever done this in three consecutive games (Leeds in 1997/98, Newcastle in 2001/02, Man United in 2002/03 and Arsenal with four in 2011/12).

The Blues have made only eight changes to our starting XI in the Premier League overall this season; a league low. After 14 games last season under Jose Mourinho we had made 35.

Six Chelsea players have started all 14 Premier League games this season; Thibaut Courtois, Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill, N’Golo Kante, Eden Hazard and Diego Costa.

Antonio Conte’s side are the only top-flight side yet to score or concede a headed goal this term.

Cesc Fabregas covered the most distance by any player at Manchester City last weekend. He ran 12.4km during the match closely followed by N’Golo Kante who clocked up 12.3km.

THE MAN IN THE MIDDLE
Mike Dean is the official for his first Chelsea game of the season. His last one was our 0-3 defeat against Man City at Stamford Bridge in April. He has awarded the most penalties (nine) and given the most red cards (three) of all the Premier League referees so far this season.

There are no suspensions. David Luiz and Diego Costa have been shown four yellow cards this season. If either is booked against West Brom they will be suspended for our next game against Sunderland.

MILESTONES
Eden Hazard’s next goal will be his 50th in the Premier League. He will become only the fifth overseas Chelsea player to reach that landmark after Didier Drogba 104, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink 69, Gianfranco Zola 59 and Eidur Gudjohnsen 54.

Diego Costa needs two goals to reach his half century for the Blues in all competitions. His 48 goals to date have come in 94 appearances.

If selected, Oscar will make his 100th Premier League start for the club.
