As the season has worn on, Chelsea has shown it can grind out wins. Playing in 4 competitions without much rotation can do this. Let's not forget that the first couple of months saw Chelsea playing as beautiful football as anyone. When fatigue sets in, results take priority. While they may not be playing beautiful football anymore, let's not forget that they are indeed fully capable of doing so.
