Wewe ni pimbi kweli. Nani huyo alikuambia kwamba as long as you generate revenue then profits are automatic? Is that how you were taught in school
Mm naamini as revenue increase probability ya profit ipo au unasemaje🤣🤣🤣🤣 yani revenue ipande by 400% how do u see

Kq haiwez endesha faida u know y, bcz of leased aircraft yani huwez endesha shirika kwa kukodisha ndege 37 out of 40 alaf liendeshe faida kwa ushindani wa leo no way bro🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Na moja ya sababu kuu ya loss ni leased aircraft na ya pili mumepata ushindani mkubwa sana kutoka nchi za Africa mashariii

Probability??? So nowadays profits are dependent on "probability" and not the usual method of calculating profits and losses? Kweli mtanganyika ni mtanganyika tu.

And how did you reach at that 400% increase? What was the company's revenues in shillings before and after the increase? SMH!!

I thought I was engaging an informed person Kumbe ni ichoboy yule yule tu. Tens of Airlines from around the globe lease aircrafts. From Ethiopian Airlines to Qatar Airways among others, the list is endless. The troubles at KQ has nothing to do with leasing aircrafts but other deep-rooted problems

Even Ethiopian Airways is leasing some of its aircrafts but is currently one of the few African Airlines making profits

So from 24b to 104b is 400% increase?? if you can't even fo simple math like this, how then will you be able to calculate profits and losses??

Na hizo zingine wanamiliki? Are they not leasing the rest?? If so, then why are they still making profits if leasing is the reason KQ is making losses?

Mwanzo ulianza vizuri haukuwa na upande lakini sasa umeshindwa kuficha upande uliopo

Hitimisho

More revenues means more profits? 😱 😱 😱 Hivo ndo ulifundushwa? KQ is generating more revenues than ATCL (almost three times) but is still making losses. You can generate a trillion shillings in revenues but make losses still. Kweli nyinyi vilaza
Soma vzr nlichopost nmesema profits tend to rise with the rise in revenues and this theory operates only whenever the running costs are kept constant, so despite KQ is generating more reevenues than ATCL, but it still incurs loss just because it is operated at a high costs causing the gradual decrease in profit and then a negative amount which is simply a loss. Labda unipe lecture mpya leo tofauti na kinachoelezwa kwenye vitabu.

So what are ATCL's operating costs as at now to ascertain whether it's making profits or losses? Can you produce those figures? And did you also know that you can't generate more revenues but keep your operating costs constant? The higher you generate, the higher your operating costs will be and vice versa. You can't generate more but keep your operating costs constant or lower than before
