What JKUAT is advertising is Diploma and advance study in Medicine. As you can see degree is the first Roman and it's parallel. For direct students you can't do medicine with B+.

Do you what "advance" is?
What they mean is that for you to do medicine in their institution you past have passed basic medical knowledge from your previous study for example you must pass your certificate cause in Medicine for you to advance to diploma level. The same happens when you want to do the degree level, you must have pass the diploma level in order to advance to degree level. Do you know what that means? It means longer time studying.
