They cant differentiate Kibera slums from Kibra constutuency that has the 185k people.. so pitiful!

Kibra is a constituency and Kibera slum is within Kibra constituency. Kibra as a constituency consists of the following wards: Lindi (which is the greater kibera slum), Woodley, Makina, Sarang'ombe and Laini Saba. All these wards collectively have 178,000 voters. Places like Upperhil Hill (which also has considerable number of residents) falls within Kibra constituency same as Ngumo, Kenyatta market, Nairobi West and many other areas. These areas of course fall under different wards I have mentioned above. How comes then that Kibera alone has 2.5 million people? How logical is that?
