Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

No way. Slum ni zile za Kibera. Labda wanatania. Hivi Watanzania wenzangu hakuna roofing materials nyingine zaidi ya mabati na tiles?
Kariobangi is 90% apartments ila wenzako kila siku hapa wanasema ni slum. Alafu hiyo kuhusu roofing materials, I was wondering about the same. It makes your residentials look terrible. They should consider using tiles instead considering the hot weather of Dar. Nairobi nyumba nyingi ambazo sio apartments hutumia tiles

Tiles ni expensive, pia nzito. Gharama za ujenzi zitakuwa juu sana. Ndio maana nyumba zenye tiles ni chache. I believe kuna other cheap and attractive materials zaidi ya bati

Nothing to celebrate hapo boss. It's spending on infrastructure not quality of infrastructure. The major thing that has bridged that gap is the SGR while Kenya has slowed down on spending. That's the reason your economy is growing faster at the moment. Same case with Rwanda. Anyway, you guys only read headlines.

Continuously diversifying and strengthening the private sector. "Kenyan Ariel Foods commissioned the first-ever investment—billed to be Africa’s largest of its kind—at the Lekki free zone east of Lagos while Unity and Universal homes announced their debut."
