They should consider using tiles instead considering the hot weather of Dar. Nairobi nyumba nyingi ambazo sio apartments hutumia tiles

Tiles ni expensive, pia nzito. Gharama za ujenzi zitakuwa juu sana. Ndio maana nyumba zenye tiles ni chache. I believe kuna other cheap and attractive materials zaidi ya bati
