I know it's expensive but it's something Dar should start giving serious consideration to considering the weather there. There are also cheaper options like galvanized iron sheets which are also popular in Nairobi. It will give your residentials a new lease of life. Take a look at a few residential areas in Nairobi with tile and galvanized iron sheet roofing

fact is Tz is spending a lot on projects right now while Kenya is slowing dow. Kuna kitu nimesema cha roho mbaya hapo? I have serious admiration for Tz by the way. My grandfather started his first business in Dar so naeza sema Tz imechangia kwa mahali niko sai. I just hope the best for both countries
