To be fair nadhani wangeboresha ununuaji ticket kwanza uendane na rehabilitation ya reli! For any old city, it's very difficult to be well organized throughout its coverage especially African cities. Nairobi is organized in some areas also Dar is organized in some areas. The case is in which states are the disorganized areas!
