Can you be "smart" please, lets know costs of all your projects in Nairobi which are on going and let's compare with ours in Dar. Only those projects which have started.

Affordable housing project is bigger than anything happening in whole of Tanzania. Wayiaki way is getting expanded to 8-12 lanes, Express way is on its infant stage, Ng'ong road is getting expanded, commuter rail rehabilitation, etc. There are so many projects in Nairobi.
