I already said that tuition fee is 100% paid by the government. Parents are only required to pay for other costs associated with keeping a child at school, especially boarders like meals and uniforms. Currently, the government pays 22,224 Kenya shillings for every student in public secondary schools. This has lessened the burden but some parents, especially those coming from very poor backgrounds, still find it a tall order to send their kids to school. But thanks to our media houses, the plight of such students are often shared and thankfully, well-wishes have always come to their rescue. I hope this has answered your question/concernSasa hawa wanaoshindwa kujinga na sekondari kwasababu ya kukosa "fee" inakuaje?, kwanini wasiende "government schools"?
