I didnt use Makes because I know in Latin Habitat is plural! I stick to originality of non english words!

We are talking about estate planning and housing, not collapsing buildings. The few houses that collapse are due to crocked developers and architects who deliberately decide to follow shortcuts as opposed to laid down guidelines. That's why you see such houses being pulled down in various parts of the city by the county government

Sheria za ujenzi are so strict in Nairobi. Outside slum areas huwezi jenga tu nyumba utakavyo otherwise itabomolewa. Huku kuna baadhi za sehemu huwezi jenga apartments hata kama uko na huo uwezo na ni lazima ujenge as per the approved designs. Pia huwezi ongeza hata floor moja juu above what was approved otherwise itabomolewa pia. I remember there's a time a three star hotel in Gigiri was pulled down for adding just a single floor above what was approved.
