Na hatukuwa panic mode, ni contractor alitaka tender ya magari ipigwe sahihi haraka. Before that there were a lot of discussion on BRT ya Tz kwa media ili kukasirisha uma alafu kandarasi ya kupaka rangi ikatolewa.
