Kitu unachosahau ni kuwa mall ya 2 Rivers was just phase 1. There's a small city that's slowly being developed hapo and there's progress. Na pia world over things are mainly build depending on demand, economic projections and supply. Washangaa mbona The Pinnacle is being stalled? ama kwa nini wanabiashara wa mahoteli hawataki Palm Exotica ijengwe? lay men watasema Kenya is corrupt. Jengeni malls kabisa if you need themna kama they're viable.

The funny thing is that after realizing they can't beat us in this sector of malls, they started saying that we have misplaced priorities. That we are busy building malls instead of important things like roads and others. Then again you look between Dar and Nairobi and wonder which city has better roads. Am surprised that the same people who used to say we have misplaced priorities by building malls are the same ones here getting goosebumps about a mall in design stage and showing us renders!! Nilitaka ku ignore lakini I'd be doing some injustice to this world if I let this ignorance unchecked. Nairobi is not a city designed for leisure but business. Leisure in Nairobi ni mostly indoors na usiku kama clubs. Ukitaka leisure, nenda Mombasa. It's only recently that I've started seeing Nairobians embracing outdoor activities. Kwanza they rarely do outdoors kama swimming etc coz of the cold weather. Our challenges demand different approaches kama hizi
