Where do you expect president to sleep when he visits Dar? A country can not have one state House , that's a government property and it remains a landmark. Countries always have several mini state houses and state lodges.like Kenya we have mini state houses and state lodges in other cities and provinces.There are always costs! if you leave a big building like that empty all year while you use money to light it up, pay people to clean it up, water the gardens around it, and pay security to keep it safe then you might just as well turn the building into an income generating source. You know what's even better? it will still remain as a prominent landmark! fair enough?
