You know what? I thought you were one of the enlightened guys here since I started engaging you but I bet I was wrong. I saw that link but posted about ranking of African and I wanted to respond but later on decided not to but now that you are bringing this up for the second time, I think I should.

First and foremost you need to know that the source of that information is a blog. A BLOG for crying out loud! How do you even start basing your argument on information sourced from a blog? Bloggers can write anything as long as it suits them and the intended market. The information is not based in research or personal experiences but opinion. That's it - opinion. I can even start a blog and say my small village town is the best in the world and people will still read it.
Lastly I just bumped on another source that ranks Nairobi ahead of Dar. Find time to read if you can can. Oh, just one one last thing, it is also a blog 😂
