Wanaposema access rate, wanamaanisha idadi ya wakenya bao kufikia sasa sana umeme katika nyumba zao ambapo kwa sasa asimila 56 wako na umeme ukilinganisha na asilimia 32 ya watanzinia. That's a normal service interruption kijana. Mbona mambo madogo yanawapa mdagumu kuelewa? Umewai enda bank ukaambiwa ATMs hazifanyi kazi? Na umewahi jiuliza ni kwanini? It's called service interruption na Mara nyingi inasabishwa na scheduled maintenance. Know the difference between a service interruption na rationing. In your LDC, Power access rate by the end of 2018 stood at 32.7% (Very shameful)….More than half of the entire Tz population is not connected to electricity. You plan to have universal power access by 2030, 8 years after we will have achieved ours. Access rate is not measured by how big or small a country is. It is based purely on the total number of people who have access to the service. Hallooo!!Access na power hakuna

when we say "access to electricity" we mean someone is able to reach the electric infrastructures with less obstacles,but that person may be living with no electricity
