Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Buda tumia tu Kiswahili...BRITAM,UAP,KCB,PRISM,Mihrab etc are fully kenyan owned ...most of your main towers are government owned..outside the CBD its just slums in Dar...90% of important towers in TZ ARE OWNED BY NHC

So the Government building towers is a bad thing? How?

How many towers belong to NHC in Dar Es Salaam at the Moment? FYI none.

You don’t know anything. NHC hawana Tower ya maana town Kwa sasa.

Duh, Nairobi kweli mmebebwa, Sijui ingekuaje kama isingekua Kings developer ( wahindi/ Bohora sijui) (prism tower na Mirahab Tower?)maana Sisi kila siku mnamkandia bakhresa, Pia wachina Avic Towers (6 Towers)

Tanzania Towers belongs to Tanzanians. Why you talk like The government entities building our city like is a bad thing.

We have private companies too eg Avic town and Treasure Victoria building Towers and Satellite cities .

At the end of the day we have both .

This reminds me the day you had city trains , hatukulala kule SSC, at the end of the day tuna la mwakyembe na BRT.

Pia mnakandia tumeagiza mabasi nje.

Mhh mmwahi sikia Dar coach, Na the company in Arusha building and modifying those safari vehicles .

Noma sana .
Britam, uap, oneafrica, kcb plaza, nssf, zoote ni za foreigners sio?naona tumeanza kuwabana

Yes its Bad...the govrt should concentrate on infrastructure favourable for investors to build suh towers..not having murram roads in Posta which is the main cbd

hahaha......the rate of tarmac in dar is below ten percent.............even their affluent neighbourhoods arent fully carperted.
instead of building estates or superhighways and inner city roads they are content about some secluded tower that he/she might never step into
