U guys have only the CBD pekee...that's a fact I came to install sage in kariokor last year and its only the CBD that u can talk about but nai has 3 cbds....malls good infrastructure suburbs national park etc Nairobi is still way ahead you'll take ages to catch up...a city is not only the cbd

If you dont know doesn't mean we do not have those places and things. 1.KIJITONYAMA, 2. UPANGA 3. SAM NUJOMA STRIP (mwenge) Kariakoo itself can be a CBD of another African country capital city

Our Malls are perfect for our size. saves the surrounding area nicely. CBD can be served by Dar free market mall, City Mall , Mkuki house mall and Quality center. kijitonyama and the surrounding can be served by Mlimani city. Morocco square is finishing soon. Just someone from kenya said size doesn't matter . You get my point. Whatever you have in Nairobi we have in Dar, Even the multinational corporations in Nairobi are great for Dar. may be the ofice is in Nairobi but business is happening down here too kama kawa kama dawa. 😀 Pizza Hut came last year around April and now there are 4 Stores around Dar. Cha msingi, tuache majigambo na dharau. vitu vingine vinafana au difference ndogo na gap linapungua. tusiongee kama jua linazunguka huko tu.
