What do you mean Dar real estate is ahead of Nairobi? Ahead in terms of what? Again, Dar City is largerthan Nairobi city but Dar Metro is smaller than Nairobi Metro. You need to understand that.

Remember since then Nairobi and Mombasa have ranked among the top cities in the world in real Estate several times but you don't see us making it a big deal. Remember most of the skyscrapers in Tz began construction in 2008 - 2014. Between those years you had a skyscraper boom. Since then Dar is back to its sleepy self while Nairobi's construction is constant so stop using an outdated article for your argument. Right now there are more skyscrapers under construction in Dar and Nairobi and you know well in terms of residential arpartments Dar is no match to Nairobi. So what are you talking about?
