The fact that you are building a few nice infrastructures does not mean you are now suddenly Kenya's mates. You need decades of sustained development just to convince anybody that you are worth listening to. The LDC status is reviewed every three years and the WB has not found you worth of upgrading. There was a documentary on Tanzania's slums on DW a few weeks ago and the poverty levels was astonishing. Sasa the worst part ni uzembe yenye ilikuwa inaonekana kwa miili za hao watu. You just feel there is no way they can get themselves out of poverty unless through becoming musicians. No creativity, poor education, nothing!

Tanzania - LLDC ama VLDC (least least developed country ama very least developed country).

A country is classified among the Least Developed Countries if it meets three criteria:[2][3]

• Poverty – adjustable criterion based on GNI per capita averaged over three years. As of 2018 a country must have GNI per capita less than US $1,025 to be included on the list, and over $1,230 to graduate from it.
• Human resource weakness (based on indicators of nutrition, health, education and adult literacy).
• Economic vulnerability (based on instability of agricultural production, instability of exports of goods and services, economic importance of non-traditional activities, merchandise export concentration, handicap of economic smallness, and the percentage of population displaced by natural disasters).

Yaani a least developed country is a country whose most suitable definition of status ni maskini hohe hahe. 95 % of everybody is just poor

kijichi-tuongoma bridge.

expected to be completed in february,2018 and therefore play a major role of connecting kijichi with people who will be living in residential apartments of NSSF in tuangoma.

NSSF apartments are 90% complete.

i attached photos that were showing a project that was taking place at kijichi-dar es salaam. the project among other things is focusing on dar es salaam metropolitan.
you can revisit my last post if you need to connect the story.

well, the good news is the project is 100% finished and plans for the inauguration ceremony are underway. soon president magufuli or his subordinate is expected to inaugurate it.

nilipo jaribu ku-search keyword ya "dar es salaam slum" kwenye search bar ya google earth, imeniletea location moja tu.

lacation yenyewe ni jengo la bin slum plaza, hili ni jengo la ghorafa zaidi ya sita linalopatikana kariakoo CBD.
