That guy wasted you big time. He spent his entire life preaching the gospel of ujamaa, which has led to your country being an ldc. The only good thing he did to Tanzania is that he stopped tribalism. And why nyerere didn't fully utilized the resources was because he wanted Local Tanzanians to to be the most Operators of every resources available in a country..
