Why don't you deny the reality on the ground?, people need food, need housing, need water to drink, need employment, need security and responsive and accessible health care, they are less interested with status and category of the country, it is only jobless and stupid person who will deny this and emphasizes on LDC vs Lower middle income.

Remember even HIV/AIDS kills millions of people in our countries but still our populations increase, it depends with our birth rates. But it is true that Kenyans are dying in hundred of thousands every year of hunger, that is the reason why Kenya is a failed state.
