The point here is civil servants not private sector, why only Kikuyu and Kalenjins?, that is one among the reason your economy is very unfair. Back to your point, can you give evidence of Arabs buildings in Tanzania?, we own our own economy under stewardship of our Government, 80% of big buildings belongs to the people of Tanzania.
