Size ya Nairobi City ni ndogo sana. Inafanana na Dodoma kwa huku Tanzania
Nairobi City ni 696km² na Dodoma City ni 625km². Tofauti si kubwa sana ndio maana hao wananchi wanatembea kwa miguu.

Imagine kutoka Kibera slums hadi CBD ni 7km, na Wakenya walivyo masikini huu umbali wanatembea tu kwenda na kurudi kuliko kupanda BRT. Oops, nilisahau nchi nzima hakuna BRT 😂😂

Uko sahihi , kuna wakati miaka ya nyuma tulitembea toka Westlands hadi uhuru park, ni Kama 5km hivi , ni mbali kwa kutembea kwa mtu anaeenda kazini.

Tatu City is 1000 times more valuable than that government city. How do you call something a city with literally ZERO private investment.

Konza City is 80KM from Nairobi CBD on the other side. You can barely find any vacant full acre between the two.

Caretaker you are swimming in waters beyond your training and thinking capacity.

Paper boundaries do not mean anything when an LDC is involved.
Dar vumbi and Dodoma being allocated big boundaries on maps only means you had more land to dish around than Kenya.
But what's the point of all that land if you've barely developed 2% of it?

What is there between magufuli city and Dodoma CBD? Isn't it just bare virgin land begging for development?

The same 23 kms you are mentioning here utakuwa Kahawa West north of Nairobi or city Cabanas east of Nairobi. From the CBD to these two places are all built up with not even a single area of land lying idle, something that can't be said of the area in between Dodoma CBD and magufuli city ambayo ni vichaka mwanzo mwisho.

You people get carried away by these measurements of city boundaries while in real sense, there's nothing much going on in them. Just idle shrubland dotted with those infamous conhead houses
