EACOP was because of Uhuru insisting for Lamu while Total wanted Mombasa. Another reason was because of Kenyan land laws.

Hakuna ushawishi wotote Tanzania played in that pipeline. You only unveiled the land and port which became second option after their first option (Mombasa) was denied access by Uhuru.
