Hii ndio namna ya ujenzi wa nyumba Tanzania, unatafuta hela unanunua kiwanja unajenga, it's that simple ndio maana sisi citizens wa Tz wengi wanakuwa na uwezo wa kujenga nyumba nzuri. Neighborhoods zetu ziko mixed, watu wa uchumi tofauti tofauti, maduka hapohapo, shule hapohapo, supermarkets hapohapo kila biashara ipo kwenye neighborhood na ndio sehemu inakuwa alive na Watanzania wanapata opportunity za kufungua biashara kwenye hizo neighborhoods wakati zinakua

Hii system ya ku separate neighborhood, kujenga mbali na biashara, kujenga nyumba identical na kuzipanga kwenye grid system sio nzuri. Ndio same system wametumia USA sasahivi kila mtu analalamika how depressing the suburbs have become.
Kwanza hakuna diversity kwenye design ya majengo, pili unakuwa mbali na basic services, hata kununua mkate unapaswa uende na gari, very car dependent neighborhoods, tatu hizo neighborhoods haziongezi fursa ya biashara zinaoperate in strict rules, nne mnazidi kuleta ugumu kwa wananchi wa kawaida kumiliki nyumba maeneo mazuri wanakosa motivation ya kujenga nyumba nzuri ndio maana mko na slums nyingi Kenya

I'd rather live in lively neighborhoods of Dar es Salaam than those depressing nightmares you're building in Nairobi
