95% of Tazara is used to carry copper and other raw minerals to Dar port for further export. Zambia is your big customer.
Together with Mozambique and Zimbabwe, they are building a trade triangle to Maputo port, now under expansion, with shorter routes.
Even the few Zambians who import their goods through Dar will soon have a shorter route. 😂😂

Maputo is coming for Bongolala's lunch. They are expanding their port and infrastructure connecting Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Port of Maputo is 300 km closer to Lusaka, and about 1200km closer to Harare than Darvumbi.
