Fumba might look beautiful but it’s so cheap if it was in Kenya it would have sold out before construction. I checked the prices. I can get a house for $69,000…. 🤯🤯🤯..Yet there are still many homes available
Fumba’s equivalent in Kenya coast is Vipingo Ridge .. You would be lucky to get a plot for $69k… homes go as high as $1 million and guess what ?.. all sold out .. and a new phase coming up …entire development 80% Kenyan owned.
Another lesson on purchasing power of a nation..
