Fumba might look beautiful but it’s so cheap if it was in Kenya it would have sold out before construction. I checked the prices. I can get a house for $69,000…. 🤯🤯🤯..Yet there are still many homes available
Fumba’s equivalent in Kenya coast is Vipingo Ridge .. You would be lucky to get a plot for $69k… homes go as high as $1 million and guess what ?.. all sold out .. and a new phase coming up …entire development 80% Kenyan owned.
Another lesson on purchasing power of a nation..

That’s Altura tower …topped out … There are 2 more super talls coming up in Upper Hill but I don’t wanna jinx them ( permits out) so I will wait till the first dug out …🤪🤪…I have seen that hope game before 😆😆
When the 2 rise up , they will tower over entire cityscape even over new upcoming 62 floors NSSF towers ( coz of upper hill elevation )…
Let’s also not forget our neighbor’s NSSF twin towers which about to rise above ground soon and be visible…
