The report highlights a decline in its CPPI metrics driven by a sharp reduction in berth utilization efficiency. Vessels at Mombasa routinely spend excessive time waiting outside the port boundaries before they can dock and offload.

No wonder most people visit Dar vumbi only once, while everyone keeps returning to Nairobi.
The concept of fresh air and green spaces does not ring a bell in your mind.
Dar slum looks like Gaza after the bombings.
Until you demolish that fishing village and build everything afresh with proper spacing, you'll continue to compete with Central African cities. 😂😂
