Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

[kennedy0000]

😂😂😂 Google Msimbazi River basin project. I guess what, project yetu inaanza mwezi ujao. Kama hii yenyu ni ndoto mnaanza kuiota.

Nairobi river is a beautification project. Transforming the face of the city forever. We join the league of Singapore, Bangkok etc. with beautiful riverfronts, water features etc. right in the heart of the city. Dar Vumbi can only dream. 😂
What is this Msimbazi meant to do?

The project is very attractive on paper
1. Everyone knows Kenya is bankrupt, where will you get $400 Million?
2. JF knows Kenyans, your projects are only on paper, how do you assure us that they will be implemented?

Nijibu kwanza maswali hayo tuendelee kuchimba zaidi

Akuna anaebisha ila your proposing something you want to work your way but the reality doesnt go that way, na pia mm sisemi ndo lazima uamini what i say, itadepend na wewe mwenyewe how you want to work things out! The 2 things we arent finalizing ni

1) Wewe unasema benki kuu ina akaunti federal reserve kwamba wakitaka kununua vichwa vya treni basi ndo inatumika kusettle the transaction and mm nakwambia central banks dont have accounts they just give instructions to the other central bank, apo ndo tunabishana! kuna namna unachukulia uchumi kama its something that has to work mathemetically but sasa uhalisia haupo ivo, money by itself doesnt work that wya unataka but there is some deep info you really have to know about central banks ndo ambacho nakufunza ila umegoma kabisa kuelewa

Maana unasema it's just a TRUST... Hakuna physical money or cash...

Sina ABC za banking and it's operations ndio maana nataka kujua hii kitu.

AFCON visitors next year should be able to feed the ducks if China man delivers on schedule.

But just like Talanta and Bomas were never built, even this one according to Tandale-based 250 IQ watchman, haitajengwa 😂😂

Twende taratibu mzee, kama umekuja kwangu tuongee kisomi siyo mihemko.
1. Unajua maana ya Market Capitalization(Valuation ya soko la hisa)? Kama unajua lets go;
Lakini usichanganye Market Cap na Total Assets

NSE
Equity Group (Kenya) ni KSh 285.9 Billion, KCB Group (Kenya) KSh 222.5 Billion
Je unazikbali kwanza hizi ili tuendelee?

Kijana wa Tandale, these are figures of market capitalization which do not reflect a company's true net value. Market capitalization is simply a company's equity, which is the total price of all its outstanding stocks. This does not include cash and debts. Stop confusing market capitalization with a company's value.

So, it's true Equity bank has a market capitalization of 285 billion shillings while KCB has a market cap of 222 billion shillings while their market value is much much higher.
