Sasa huoni kama bado uko palepale nilikuambia leta planned budget ambayo inatokana na osr ( own source revenue ya Nairobi) maana hiyo ndo inajitegemea na haiko included kwenye national budget.
Ukiangalia allocation zako 40+ % inatoka central government.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kukuelimisha tu dar es salaam inatumia 70% ya osr kwenye developemnt expenditure not inclusive zile za Toka central government
