[concordile 101]

Si unaona vile we ni fala.

[Mgagaa na Upwa]

Infrastructure budget ya county governments haidirectly count as part of the national government's central infrastructure development budget. Hakuna kitu mang'ombe kama nyinyi mnanifunza

🖕🖕

Kazi ya National Government ni kutransfer pesa to counties, they have no business on how counties will prepare their budgets. Usiwe mjinga.

[mwathadan]

Jibu swali leta infrastructure budget ya counties.

On top of that Nairobi also gets infrastructure developments from the central government.

So tell us how this is the same with Dar

[Teargass]

Huyo ni pumbavu, eti anadhani our governments ni same na hizo local governments zao where everyone works from directives of the president ju hakuna any transfer of power.

[President of China]

Tueleze maana ya budget ni nini?
Kwa mujibu wa Financial Management.

Budget ni Revenue and Expenditure

Haya umeulizwa ulete Bajeti ya Kaunti moja. Wewe unaongelea transfer of money.

Jinga kweli hili

[concordile 101]

Unajua maana ya transfer of powers? 😂 😂 😂 Wewe ni fala.

Transfer of power sio kutengeneza wizi Buda.

Sasa after kujaribu kusupport ujinga wako na ukafail, umeamua kuendelea kua mjinga zaidi instead of admitting you were wrong.

Kaka Tanzania tupo na Devolution inayoitwa D by D.

D-by-D stands for Decentralization by Devolution, which is a specific form of devolution.

Ukiangalia allocation zako 40+ % inatoka central government.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kukuelimisha tu dar es salaam inatumia 70% ya osr kwenye developemnt expenditure not inclusive zile za Toka central government

Also:

D-by-D stands for Decentralisation by Devolution. It is a specific policy framework used to transfer power, responsibilities, and resources from a central government to local government authorities.

The primary benefit of Decentralisation by Devolution (D-by-D) over "only" devolution is the intentional, integrated transfer of three critical pillars—political, administrative, and fiscal power—rather than just shifting political authority alone.

The term is most famously associated with Tanzania, where the government formally adopted the D-by-D policy in 1998 as part of the Local Government Reform Programme (LGRP). It was designed to replace a highly centralised system with a decentralized one to empower local councils.

[nyangau mkenya]

Kenya should be proud. The UN secretary General has announced Nairobi has become the UN biggest campus in the world …. More offices coming….. could the UN headquarters in New York be moved too in the future… you never know … Woow!!!…

The spending of all those staff working at the facility.. all in Nairobi.
Millions of dollars per week

[President of China]

In Kenya, county government employees are officially employed and paid by their respective County Governments. However, the funds used for these salaries are primarily disbursed from the National Government (Central Government) as part of the equitable share of revenue, supplemented by local revenue generated by the county.

Kazi ya National Government ni kutransfer pesa to counties, they have no business on how counties will prepare their budgets. Usiwe mjinga.

Transfers sawa kwahiyo haijawa included kwenye national budget?
Hizo transfer tukisearch haziko budgeted?
Hivi unajua huwa kuna min budgets ambayo unatengeneza national budget?
